@PromoKitchen A3: The tools are there w/ most suppliers - live inventory, chat, email confirmations, etc. The problem lies in the quest for automating processes vs. servicing the order/Dist. i.e. A4 from me. Suppliers need to be proactive more, reach out on orders - phones go both ways...

@PromoKitchen A2: I would say PPAI, ASI, etc. need to ramp up the ROI campaigns involving promo more than they do. Industry awareness has been left primarily to the Dist. and there is a strong need to increase Promo's exposure in marketing mix as social media changes & streaming TV increases

@PromoKitchen A4: I agree w/ inefficient processes and outdated tech. For me, it's supplier consolidation & investor poaching. When suppliers consolidate or "share" lines, systems collapse, service tanks, & confidence goes away. Suppliers, WE take the hit when you screw up & we all lose $$
