Big one that I failed to do in 2020 - re-do my website, i.e. writing content. The hardest to do & easiest to push off. I've gotten my plan pulled together, now it's about slotting time each week to actually get my butt in gear to do it - again, not the easiest of tasks!

We review monthly & quarterly, if we aren't hitting goals we evaluate what is going wrong w/ accountability partners & adjust time commitments. Accountability in small biz is crucial - I depend on an outside person to tell me I'm screwing up and help w/ a plan to right the ship

We prioritize in the planning stage the categories that are most important, then break down those to attainable goals per day/week/month. i.e. Sales goals of prospecting - # of calls/day/week/month, Mktg - # of posts/week/mth

A3 We write out a sale plan, put up a whiteboard (sorry) & love to cross things out - it's very fulfilling!

We get down to chewable goals that are attainable - sales vol, order vol, client acquisition etc. Personal & family goals are broader in scope but still within reason all based upon growth of knowledge and understanding.

A1 We were very lucky this year as our main client base is in essential industries, so we were able to exceed our sales goal. But our client growth goals were chucked as we moved to relationship maintenance and outlook. Crazy year indeed.
