Q7:A7 - I see more price shopping as Gen Z enters and bases purchases off of online views. That being said, the solutions-based Dist. will succeed long term as buyers switch from online to accountability partners. Young buyers will get burned w/ BelPromo/algorithm sellers

Q6:A6 -Prime has done well with Jetline, in fact their service is better than Prime’s ever was. They also have faltered with their merge w/ Alpha, no value to hardgoods & it was only a value play for Alpha investors

Q4:A4 - area and multi-line reps are key to keeping issues and concerns top of mind. Leveraging buying power is also a plus. With supplier mergers it is now more important than ever to align w/ a buying group or consortium as the “Mom & pop” shops are being forced out
